Anastasios “Tassos” Economou is the Founder of iGrow Venture Partners. iGrow invests in transformational technologies in areas such as deep tech, AI, Biotech, Quantum and MedTech.  The geographical focus is mostly North America and Europe.

He graduated with honors from Athens College and went on to earn both a BA and MA from Oxford University obtaining an Exhibition Award.

He has also had active roles in non-profit organizations. At the United Nations, he has taken on the role of Advisory Board Member of the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) that assists Multilateral Diplomacy. He is also currently YPO Global Chaiman Emeritus.

He is passionate about martial arts and began practicing Aikido 30 years ago. He is a Master (5 Dan) in Karate, a certified coach for Pankration and a student of Jiu-Jitsu.
